Can anyone recommend a good Thai language CD?
I am trying to learn a little Thai for our trip. I bought a Thai CD, but they speak so fast and don't get into any of the tonal issues at all...so now I'm looking for a suggestion for a good language CD that deals with the basics.
Any thoughts?

We have used the Living Language, In Flight, Thai cd. Its good @ covering the basics about how to get around and order food, plus a little about how to ask for directions. We got it @ barnes and nobel I think.
My best friend is from Thailand and I learned my thai from him. I still can't get it right half the time! I always try to say thanks very much and I instead say I'm very selfish

Another (free!) option is the web site http://langhub.com. They have online lessons and downloadable MP3 files you can put on your music player.
