We plan to stay in Kyoto for 3 nights in early April. Tried Tokoyo Inn's hotels in Kyoto but found all of them are full. Any suggestion on good budget hotels in Kyoto?

BTW, does anybody used Tokoyo Inn's hotels before? Are they good?

You might want to try outside of Kyoto in a near by town as early April is prime cherry blossom season and everywhere in Kyoto worth anything should be sold out by now.....
