Thank you for wonderful news! These early days can be very rough though. May he continue to receive excellent care in the ICU as long as necessary and do try to eat as well as possible and get some rest yourself. Continuing best wishes...

Thanks for all the kind words. I survived. And my sister yk is awesome.

I am out of ICU now. Should be home Saturday.

It wasn't too much fun, but somehow I got through it.

Bravo and welcome back! Thank you for bringing such good news. What you have been through is not too much fun indeed.

Take very good care. Make sure you keep your family support/patient advocacy in place while you continue to recover in step-down units.

Does a trip through the ICU require a trip report??

I am home!

I have to say, except for a couple of minor hiccups, everything went extremely smoothly. The facility and the quality of care are all excellent, from my point of view.
