Best place for GOOD knock-off purses

With Bob's statement ("everything is a knock-off in bangkok...nothing is real...&quot I am looking for some good knock off purses. I got two at a store in MBK last year and they were ok. I don't want to spend a fortune ($50plus), when it isn't even real...but want something that looks real.

Thanks

MBK is probably the best source I've found. I don't have very many knock offs, but those that I have, I feel, are pretty good quality. Did you know that one way to spot a fake LV is in the fact that the LV logo is NEVER in the stitching seams on the "real thing" (so I've been told)? Fakes don't follow that rule, so your fake LV will be an instant giveaway to someone who knows this rule of thumb. Just look for the quality of the seams and stitching on whatever pieces you buy. They are all there... they may not be out in the open, but they ARE there.

Have fun shopping in BKK.

i got a good knock off at patpong night market. They have LV catalogues so you can choose what you had your eye in in the real store and they'll scurry around and pull it out from some back room. I bargained them down to $25.

Seems like everyone is carrying a LV- maybe you want to skip the LV and concentrate on Ferragamo, Christian Dior, Hermes. We have not seen Bally knockoffs in ouir travels. The wife has an original Bally.

I noticed some nice Bottega Vanetta copies this time, in the woven leather design. Had not seen them before. They must be becoming popular. It was tempting... but I have the real thing so I didn't bother. But they looked pretty good. Not sure where they are made, but probably in China.
