Bangkok-looking for tour guide Tong

Does anyone know if Tong is still a tour guide in the Bangkok area?

Yes, she is still in business. She may be a little slow in answering emails.

Ordinary tours for popular tourist destinations can also be obtained at local travel agencies. The information you get is free, stop in. There are hundreds of travel agencies, choose the closest one or two to your hotel and see if you can use one of them. Usually you can find a tour one day and leave the following morning. Sometimes you can find an evening tour in the morning and leave that same day. Pretty simple.

The tour company picks you up at your hotel and returns you there at the end of the trip. Normally you will be in a van with 8 or 9 other tourists. Or you can contact Tong and hope she gets back to you.

Good luck.

Yes, she's still there. Her email is [email protected]
She's very popular, with good reason. This means she works almost every day and sometimes misses emails or takes a few days to reply.

Going out with Tong is completely different than picking a tour company at random and going out with a dozen other tourists.
It's a much more personalized experience and there are no "factory" (shopping) stops unless you want them. She's wonderful, as are the people who work with her.

Thank you, I will try the email address you gave. I have seen others rave about her too. I would like to stay free of an agency and have a guide that others have enjoyed. It makes seeing things faster and hassle free. I think with help we will be able to see far more too.
I can't forget the first time we had a driver and car in BKK, it was wonderful how our driver took care of us and how much we got to see.His english was just a little poor.
