There are lots of options for you. Personally, I don't like Nusa Dua. It's a rather sterile tourist enclave with little flavor of the local culture.
You might want to take a look at the Bali Hyatt, located in Saunr, a small costal town. The hotel is situated in a lovely, award-winning garden. The Regency Club upgrade is worthwhile.
You might also want to consider a few days in the Ubud area, depedning on how much time you have.

Have to agree, at that time of year, in that price range, you can do sooo much better than that. I also like Sanur, and if the Hyatt is too much, just about any place on the beach except the Inna Grand is okay.
Over in Seminyak, you can get a deluxe bungalow at Vila Lumbung - an old favorite - for just $82 a night. Vila Lumbung is not on the beach, but very nice. If you want something on the beach, try Resor Seminyak.
I also consider spending a few nights in Ubud a "must".

Bali Hyatt looks good indeed. The entrance hall is rather impressive.
However this hotel is now a bit "run down" compared with the Westin, speaking about the rooms.
I do agree on the "sterile" aspect of Nusa Dua, while Sanur, although rather touristy, has more of a Balinese atmosphere.
