Angkor Hotel

Folks,

I pulled up this hotel on asiahotels.com; it fits my budget and looks like a good place.

The only caveat is that payment is to be processed at the time of booking, as opposed to arrival, which is somewhat unsettling.

Your thoughts?

Asiahotels does both prepayment (better deal) and pay when you get there arrangements. I've used both kinds of reservations with asiahotels and have never had a problem.

Kathie,

So when I put through asia-hotels.com, I will get a confirm via e-mail, print it off, and present at the hotel, correct? I.e. I don't need to confirm with the hotel or anything, just show up at the designated date with the print-off?

Thanks again.

Yes, you'll get an email confirmation. Print it and take it with you (though often, the hotels haven't even needed it). No need to reconfirm with the hotels. I typically use asiahotels for two or three reservations a trip.

Thanks. I am planning to use them for three destinations (Siem Reap, BKK, Singapore). I am normally nervous about doing this on the web, but I feel reassured, so thanks for that.
