Air China and Cpap Machine

We are flying from States to China and also within China on Air China. Getting mixed answers on whether we can carry on a Cpap breathing apparatus. We feel uneasy putting the machine in checked baggage and we never had a problem on other domestic or international flights. Does anyone have experience with this situation on Air China?

Airlines each have their own rules for in flight use. Some allow, some don't, others only allow certain models. If you need it in the air, call first.

If you are only transporting it in carry on and don't plan on using it, should be no problem.

Duffymarie, (or anyone who knows) how did your Air China/Cpap saga end? I'm facing the same dilemma!
