We used AAC twice in March and both times it was a disappointment. The first flight we arrived a bit early so the rep. wasn't really ready and had to call the driver to come. Despite the fact that we were early they were standing right in front of the arrivals board, so she should have been able to check that out.
On our second flight in, there wasn't even an AAC rep. there. A rep. from another agency located the AAC files and called them. It took about 30-40 minutes for the car to arrive. I wish we had just used AOT.
