I think your plan could work, but I wonder: What do you mean by "tour"? Are you planning to join a group, or are you listing the itineraries that you have worked out with (or plan to propose to) a driver?

This is the proposed plan that I have from a driver. I just wanted to get some opinions about it. I had govern some ideas as to what I thought I would like to see and they cane up with this tentative plan. We are arriving in a cruise ship on November 30 and flying home on December 4th. I have booked a hotel in Sanur to use as our home base.

Your 4 day itinerary looks to me a little too heavy on in-car time. I think you could consolidate your touring days to 3 -- or even 2 -- days, even if it means missing out on a few attractions. I would also suggest you just leave some open time to relax, shop, have a massage or spa treatment, enjoy a sunset. Taxis are cheap and readily available and you don't need a guide for every event. Sometimes it's better to just stay in one place and let Bali come to you.

All of the listed destinations are an hour plus from Sanur, so that's 2 hours travel time right off the bat. You might consider staying in Ubud instead, which is more centrally located to the places you want to visit. Ubud offers a lot of opportunities to explore on foot, wander through rice paddies and small villages, take in museums, temple ceremonies and dance performances. And some really good restaurants.

I agree with marmot that staying in Ubud would make your plans much more reasonable. I loved staying in Ubud! But YMMV.

Of all the things to do in Bali, I'm not sure that things you list for Dec. 3 would be my priorities, but maybe those are things that have particular appeal for you.

If you haven't already seen it, you might find some useful information in my trip report. My time in Bali was at the end of that trip:
