I agree with Kja, my first thought was that 15th, 16th and 17th are ambitious, to say the least, especially if you're travelling to Kyoto on the 15th too.
By all means, it's worth listing more than you might expect to do, in case you decide to skip something or unexpectedly get through everything, but if you genuinely want to do ALL the things on your list, I think you may tick them off but actually see, experience, enjoy, absorb very little of any of them.
I also agree that with just 2 weeks, best to focus on a couple of regions (Kanto/ Kansai) instead of wasting too much time travelling around in an attempt to cover all of Japan.
Personally, I'd consider an overnight from Kyoto to Hiroshima/ Miyajima (with the night itself spent on Miyajima) and look at other interests in Kansai region instead of Okinawa. But that's just me.
In terms of Osaka, if you enjoy nightlife etc. it may be worth spending one night in Osaka, in or near Dotonbouri area, so you can properly appreciate the nightlife after dinner. It's not much to see in the day around that particularly neighbourhood. And while Osaka was not my favourite destination, there is enough to see and do for a day or two, depending on your interests.
If you want another overnight trip out of Kyoto, look at Koya-san.
Or, for day trips, if you like whisky, a half day trip to nearby Yamazaki to visit the distillery may be of interest.
