United Mileage Plus 60K

I have 60,000 Mileage Plus miles, any ideas on where I could go from the east coast (US), I'd like to make "the most" of these miles.

Looks like you could go economy class to Australia/New Zealand or Asia or business/first class to Hawaii or the Caribbean.

Or use the 60K miles to upgrade a roundtrip fare (H class or higher) from economy to business.......

Best wishes, Dave

Get a round-trip to Beijing with a stopover in Tokyo on the way out. If you are flying out of Wash. D.C., then take the United codeshare from IAD to NRT nonstop on All Nippon Airlines. Then UA to PEK and back home.

The way to make "the most" out of the miles, is to pick several destinations in which you are interested, compare ticket prices, and then use your FF miles in lieu of the most expensive ticket. Surprisingly, this may not necessarily be the place that is the furthest distance away. (FYI, I used my 60,000 miles for a trip to Australia. With ticket prices up to $1700, I think it was a good choice). Whichever destination you choose, enjoy!

Don't forget that dollar-for-mile-for-dollar, your best value is to use the miles to upgrade any coach ticket to Business/First Class, which gets you a really comfortable, fun trip AND puts some miles back into your account.
