Scott's Cheap Flights

A friend knowing I will be traveling to Paris next spring sent me a link to Scott's Cheap Flights (https://scottscheapflights.com/). I've never heard of this company and I am a bit leery as a prepaid subscription is required to view. The cheapest is €9 quarterly. Anyone ever hear of this company and more importantly has anyone gotten tickets from Scott's Cheap Flights? Thank You!

It seems totally legit. Not actually a booking site but a search site. This review on the points guy site pretty much explains everything.

You can decide if the cost is worth it to you.

I just read the review on The Points Guy and apparently you can sign up for free, you just don't get the alerts as soon as those who pay.
