Logan International

Arriving terminal B on American Airlines leaving terminal E on British airways - no luggage but a carry on - can I walk it?

They are almost as far apart as possible on opposite sides of be airport so i wouldnt think so. But Logan's website has a good interactive map so decide for yourself.

Yes, you can. Head for Central Parking and cut across. I’d estimate 7-10 mins depending on how fast you walk. It’ll all be indoors so covered from weather/hot/cold. Alternatively there’s the free shuttle bus. There’s no terminal D but not all buses go to E, so check before you get on.

Yes it can be walked -- but not in anywhere near 7 to 10 minutes IMO - count on 15-20 unless you run. I did that connection once a few years ago - carry on only - and it took 15-16 minutes after exiting the plane, and I walk fast.
