LAX to Tokoy - How much Lay Over TIme Do I Need

I am looking at flights from BWI to LAX to catch another flight to Tokyo on Singapore Air.
The flight I am looking at is on Southwest and arrives at LAX at 11:10a after a connecting through Nashville. My flight on Singapore Air departs at 2:15p.
Is there.enough time to make this connection?

Also, on the return flight, I arrive at LAX at 11:50a. The lastest leavnig Southwest flight leaves LAX at 3:10p. Is there enough time to make this connection?

You have about 3 hours for each connection - you should be fine!

You have enough time. You will arrive at LAX terminal 1 and your departure on SQ will be from the Tom Bradley International Terminal, the TBIT. It would be about a 10-minute walk. There is a bus between terminals but walking would keep it simple.

Thanks for the replies. I have one more question. My Singapore Air flight arrives at 11:50a and Southwest has a flight that leaves LAX at 2:15p which is $75 less than the 3:1op flight. Is 2 hrs and 25 mins enough time to get through Customs, get my luggage, get to T1, check my luggage and get on my flight?

sorry, but I disagree w/ the others. I would never EVER book this. Sure, there is plenty of time . . . IF your Southwest flight is on time. BUT -- you have absolutely no protection at all. If your WN (Southwest) flight is delayed or cancelled you will lose the Tokyo flight, no re-booking, no credit, nada. I fly WN all the time, but to connect to an international flight - nope. Not unless I have almost a full day or overnight at the connecting city. And I am in a city that has non-stop WN flights to LAX. you are talking two WN flights - so twice the chance for delays.

Re your return flight: IMO that wouldn't be as critical since losing a WN ticket you are talking much less $$ than your international flight. You can check in
