jfk to laguardia overnight

We are arriving into JFK from Istanbul in the evening, and then flying out of Laguardia the next day. Ideally, we need a reasonable hotel to pick us up at JFK, stay overnight, and then shuttle us to Laguardia the next day. Any suggestions?

no hotel is going to have a shuttle of its own to take you to laguardia from JFK.

JFK and LGA are relatively close together. I recommend you just pick a hotel near LGA then take a taxi there upon arrival at JFK.

The LGA area hotels will have shuttles to the terminal.

Yes, I concur with J62. And I'd add that LGA hotels are typically less expensive and better than those near JFK. There are also regularly scheduled buses between JFK and LGA, but for two people, I don't think a taxi will cost much (or perhaps any) morem, so I'd go that route.

FYI: If it's not too late, there are some decent restaurants in Jackson Heights that are on the local bus route that passes near those LGA hotels, but the bus doesn't run very often, and it's not really an area you'd want to walk through alone at night.
