Is there a way to track my personal flight travel history?

I am applying for the UKs citizenship and as part of the application process I need to present all absences from the country in the last 5 years. I was wondering whether there is a way of checking my past flight history with various providers, predominantly budget airlines. I would really appreciate your help.
Cheers.

Look at your credit card bills for payment to airlines?

Unless you retained boarding passes, the airlines probably won't help.

Maybe passport stamps? Were you leaving from the UK and were you traveling to non-EU and/or non-Schengen countries?

Do you have your old tickets? I usually save them in a file.

My friend has had to this in the past and uses her passport. Her job requires her to list where and when she has travelled along with any travel companions. She has even asked me to check mine for dates when we've travelled together.

My past trips are stored in TripCase as I send all my itineraries to it, then they get archived. It didn't exist 5 years ago although I have 2 years worth of past trips I can access. Passports don't always get stamped depending on where you go and I never keep boarding passes.

You could check past credit card statements, although if like most of us you don’t have paper ones there will be a limit on how far back you can access them on line. You could ask the issuing bank what they have in their records.
