Hi ParrotMom, just returned home from a cruise. It is as said, the 3-1-1. One bad, no more than 3 oz. and the size one quart zip lock bags. (Purchased mine at the local dollar store.) Only one bad Per person. but can stuff as much in as you like. They are strict on the ounces criteria. Happy Travels.
