Ah, today's mentality. "It's not my fault -- I'll sue."

Personally I think that airlines and agents should be able to sue dumb travelers like Earl.

Earl I'll bet my last dollar that you didn't or wouldn't listen to the agent anyway. Let's just run to court and take up more of the court's time over something that is so stupid and your fault.

Next time if you can't go, call the airline and cancel. Thanks to people like you airlines have started charging the change fees to begin with.

You know what, I think I'll just sue you!!!!!!!! You are why I have to pay change fees.
