Glass picture frame in carry-on?

I am flying from SJC to SEA tomorrow - am planning to bring along a framed photograph as a gift. The frame itself is wood, but there is glass protecting the photograph. I am not planning to check any baggage - will there be any problems if I carry the framed photo in my carry-on bag?

I wouldn't think so.

I don't follow. Are you concerned the picture frame glass might break?

Sorry that was unclear - I meant to ask whether TSA regulations would preclude the glass. I checked elsewhere on the internet, and it appears that it will be okay.

Not a problem as far as the TSA is concerned.

Not a problem. DW carried one in her carry-on in Sept. IAD-ABQ and return but she did have to open the bubble wrap it was wrapped in.
