Take the Continental. It's BusinessFirst is better than any other business product across the Atlantic in the Skyteam alliance.
And if I understand it right, you're continuing to HNL? CO's IAH-HNL service is also the best first class to Hawaii, with the same BusinessFirst seats on its 767.

I would be very tempted to try NTC F on AF. The seats look great http://www.airlinequality.com/Product/AF-F_Seat.htm and it's a true first class product.
But what would your onward connections to HNL be with each option?

I actually have a stop over so that makes no difference, but I have checked CO's calendar and there are no reward seats in C class to Hawaii, so i'm afraid I'm with Delta. Hopefully they won't fold before then. At least I have changed my NW transatlantic so that is a relief.
