Corporate air travel- group booking suggestion?

Need assistance booking travel for 200+ colleagues to the Caribbean for a corporate incentive trip. Colleagues live in various cities in the US so we will have mulitiple airlines. We already have hotel through a partnership but am having difficulty finding an agent or service who just does flights. Any recommendations here? Thank you!

Welcome to Fodors. AFAIK most airlines have a group sales unit who can book/coordinate flights (I have no experience with that large a group -- the most I've personally booked was just 13 passengers)

You might want to register on FlyerTalk and ask for advice there. FT is run by the same folks as Fodors but you'd need a different account/log on.

If you do ask on FlyerTalk - be sure to include details like the originating airports, island destination(s), etc. Because different airlines may be better for specific city pairs.

that many travellers a charter flight or several might also be a real option. If the employees are scattered all over, something like domestic flight to a US hub like Dallas, then a charter from there non-stop to the Caribbean.....

I'm just throwin' ideas at the wall here.....

That's could be a great solution -- and again FlyerTalk would be a good resource.

Thank you, I joined Flyertalk and am hoping for more resources and opinions there. Charter is an interesting idea as well. Appreciate it!

Charter is a good idea except some corporations do not allow more than a certain number of employees to travel together on the same flight. This sort of trip should be booked by an agent who specializes in incentive travel but that does mean organizing the whole lot, including accommodation and flights.
