Connection time MIA

Looking at a connection time of 40 minutes in MIA to SJU. Is this enough time? Traveling alone and can move quickly but don't want to be overly stressed

I wouldn't like this. If your flight into MIA is delayed, there's a good chance that you and/or your luggage won't make the connection.

I wouldn't do it. Miami is a BIG airport and you don't know how far apart your terminals will be. What if your original flight is delayed at all??
