cheap flights from Canada to Israel

I am hoping to fly from Canada to Israel at the end of September or beginning of October. When and where should I start looking for discounted flights?

Thank you for your help but the Air Canada price on this site is about $800 more than directly on the Air Canada site. I deon't understand this.
