I don't personally since I NEVER fly to Atlanta (or thru it). However, ask Delta or your travel agent or look in a flight guide like OAG, they have minimum connect times for most airports. Also, call the airport authority in Atlanta. All things I have done if I don't know an airport very well.
PS Look on the web. Some airports have sites.

Once you walk off the aircraft, you'll have to walk to the center of Concourse B and take the escalator down to the tram that runs between concourses. Be sure to take the escalator marked "to Concourses C, D and E."

The tram runs every 2 minutes and it will take about 5 minutes to get to Councourse E. You'll then go up the escalator and follow the signs to your gate.

With good luck, you can be from one gate to the other in 15 minutes (maybe 10 if you're running and telling people to get out of your way (there's no such thing as standing to the right on escalators here).

If you're connecting with the same airline, be sure to make them give you your international boarding pass when you get on your first flight.

The key to your connecting is your first flight being on time. If it is you will have no problem as the system to shuttle people around in Atlanta is very efficient. That said who ever made your arrangements should never have an international connection with less than 2 to 21/2 hrs. Its really chancy as sometimes the traffic backs up in Atlanta and also they have lots of thunder storms which causes delays. If everthing goes as planned you will make it, regardless you can't change what happens so just relax and enjoy, don't worry and have a great trip, Buck

Sounds like a good situation for you Kay. If Delta is late and you do miss your Paris-bound flight, politely remark to the ticket agent (when you get rebooked), "oh, it's too bad that flight was late, now I'll miss my morning meeting in Paris. Any chance you could put me in Business Class on the later flight?"
