I haven't spoken with AA yet, hopefully today. Should I be expecting a full refund even on my 'non-refundable' ticket? Thanks for your help!

Phoned late last night, waited less than a minute, spoke with a delightful agent, and got seats assigned in the economy "mini cabin" of the 767-300. Thanks again AAFF. Without your post I would have remained clueless about the equipment change. I've marked my calendar to check with AA about every two weeks until our trip in November.
