My daughter was ill and missed her flight. Vayama told me I could not have a refund or credit towards another flight, but could get the taxes back........(international flight) . They told me to call British Airways who in turn told me to call Vayama........big run around. Any tips on what to do?

Regarding Vayama, DH and I are booked on a rather complicated itinerary involving 4 different airline codes and a possibly difficult connection en route. The price was $300 pp cheaper than other airlines, so we're keeping out fingers crossed. I have contacted each airline involved and they do have our reservations in their system, so I'm hoping all will go well. I'll post back in July after the trip (if we get back -- lol)
