I have the photos.... just waiting to see how much The Globe or People magazine are going to pay for them, then I will be able to pay for my next safari. Sorry you missed it Dennis. Hope you can make it next time!

Clematis, it was a bumpy ride! Was sitting on the couch reading the paper, heard a boom, couch started shaking, could see the house shifting and twisting (it's on post and pier), me and my dog ran out the front door and saw the car bouncing around. the power went out for a short time. All I could think of was "Don't let the house fall down, I'm going to Africa in 10 days!" All airports in the state are closed, Kona hospital was evacuated due to damage, roads closed due to landslides. Other than that, it's a beautiful day in Paradise, 80 degrees and a slight tropical breeze.

Carla, it will be nice to live vicariously thru you and the other CA. gang - we're all envious and look forward to seeing those pics. and finding out if anyone misbehaved. Any bits of juicy gossip are always appreciated

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know that I am going to do my best to get the photos up. There seems to have been a misunderstanding and one person did not want to appear in the group photo to be published online. Unfortunately, that person (no fault of his/her own) appears in both of the group photos taken.
Carla has now forwarded me the photos and I am going to tinker around on Photoshop tonight to see if I cannot edit that person out of the photo (no disrespect to that person intended, only to protect his/her desired privacy).
Thanks Carla for your efforts and I will try to work a little magic (but be forewarned, I must be about the most retarded freelance "professional" photographer out there...hopefully my recent private Photoshop classes will have paid off).

It's far too late, I already saw those pictures. Now I will have to inspect for voids to figure out who this is. Perhaps the suspect did something funny to Carla's pics. after I saw them.

Scooter is actually a bit peeved at Carla that he only had a single photo dedicated to him and that, even then, he was not allowed time to properly pose.
Scooter is MUCH better looking in real life and I have honestly had another Corgi owner approach me to ask if he was available for stud services! Scooter was not too happy with me, but I turned down the offer. Hopefully he has since gotten over it.
