Suggestions on finding an experienced private guide.
Does anyone have suggestions on choosing a private guide for a safari in Kenya? Is it important that the guide is certified by KPSGA? Can anyone share an experience of using a gold or a silver certified guide? Many thanks.

I suggest reading some of the trip reports on this website. There are many safari companies who can design a private tour for you. We used The Wild Source and were very happy with the tour they planned for us. Other posters here have recommended Gamewatchers and Expert Africa, among others.
