We are going to SA tomorrow with two children 6 and 3yrs for a week.

We will be covering cape town, sun city, malebusafari and johannesburg. Please suggest a good place to buy jewellery( diamonds or precious stones), is it true that the quality is better for the price you pay?

Also, which of these places have a decent malls to shop for Amercan brands? I tried to look for banana republic and couldn't find one online.

Any other must buys please suggest, wine may be?

The best malls in Cape Town are Cavendish Square in Claremont, Canal Walk & the V&A waterfront. I don't believe that statement, the good stuff is exported.
