All I know is that Instinct Safaris (www.instinctsafaris.com) is really fast and personal when getting back to you. Also, they had answers to all my questions in preparation for travel. Oh yeah - their price was unbeatable when you look at the lodges they use.
Note that their field of operations is mainly Uganda and Rwanda, then DR Congo is a destination when security allows, I guess.
