I've just locked in my next trip: Israel, Jordan & Egypt in the fall. It will have a tough act to follow! I hope you get back to E. Africa -- and me, too!

Songdoc, what a coincidence! I've been researching a possible trip to Egypt for either late this coming Fall, or next year. I don't want to distract from this thread, but if you're comfortable saying, which (if any) travel agent/tour company did you use for the the Egypt segment of your upcoming trip? Perhaps post it on this Africa forum under "Egypt"--there's a thread where the OP asked for travel agent recommendations.
