regarding leopard sightings:
close to kicheche mara camp is a leopardess with her cubs residing. supuu (the leopardess' name) has been residing there for a couple of years now and has raised several offspring there!
another location as mentioned before is the talek area where bella resides - well known from the big cat diary series.

The leopard I mentioned that allowed us to follow her hunting (the one that missed the dik-dik by THAT much ... got to post those pics some day) is the daughter of Bella, according to the Big Cat Diary dude who was filming at the same time (he missed the dik-dik stalk but caught up with us later when we were watching this leopard).
Compared to other areas I've visited these are pretty habituated leopards
