I didn't know Lake Turkana was a big place for crocodile hatching. But I did once take a wonderful trip up to the Jade Sea - booked locally. Took in Maralal on the way north, a place with a spring fed pool on the way back (Buffalo Springs?) plus foothills of Mt Kenya. 5 days I think it was - but a long time ago.
There must, surely, be operators in NBI still running safaris up north. Or maybe not?

Don't have exact details of when the baby crocs hatch, but there are two islands in Lake Turkana where one will find the larges population of this massive creatures. You can check:

Believe the first has a specific itinerary for the Jade Sea (another name for Lake Turkana). Don't expect luxury accommodations as you seem to be considering, as your other threads indicate.
