Jack's & San Camp reservations

Maybe of interest to Botswana travellers and their agents. I just got the following from Uncharted Africa Safari Co, the owners of Jack's Camp and San Camp:

"Uncharted Africa Safari Co is thrilled to announce that from the 1st of May 2007, we will once more be handling all reservations
for Jack's and San Camp. For the past couple of years Wilderness Safaris have been doing the reservations, and they've done a fantastic job! You are welcome to continue booking both properties through them."

Uncharted Africa Safari Co also have rate sheets on their website, www.unchartedafrica.com.

Nyama,
Do you have any info on the meerkats? I thought a second colony was going to be habituated. Any news on births, deaths, or numbers in the main colony?

There were 11 when I was there.

atravelynn, sorry, no info on the meerkats.

Btw, I made my decision and have been in contact with Rod this week - I will return to Kutandala this year.

Update:

Jack's Camp and San Camp are no longer marketed by WS and have disappeared from the WS website.

atravelynn, I'm still working on the itinerary. Looks like it will be first half of October.
