The visa situation for Canadians is very different from that of U.S. citizens. As outlined above, Canadians may no longer arrive in Rwanda without having begun the visa process prior to leaving Canada. Canadians must have an "Entry Visa Acceptance" letter from the Rwandan Embassy in Ottawa before arriving in Rwanda.
