We've stayed at Bateleur and I have visited Kichwa on many occasions.

From the pics you can see that the fence at Kichwa is more prominent.

You want to stay at Kichwa only if you cannot afford Bateleur. It is a huge place with 40 tents and some bungalows.

I think Eben covered your question.

Batleur was nice......but, during my stay it looked like we were always coming into the other areas for game viewing. The following trip, i stayed at Lil Governors and enjoyed it immensely.

Was it a long drive to go into "the other areas"? Why did you not like going into the other areas? I am deciding between Bateleur and Lil Gov. but I really do like the privacy of Bateleur.

Not far really to go into the other areas. I think, personally there are some great options inside the triangle. I liked my experience at Batleur, but....it is a much bigger camp today compared to when i was there in 2001. I like a smaller camp....
