Help!!! Need info about Zimbabwe immigration form!

I'm supposed to leave for safari this next
Wednesday; however, OAT failed to include the
Zimbabwe immigration deceleration form in my final travel documents. Will this form be handed out on the flight from Jo'burg to Victoria Falls or can I get this form at customs in Vic Falls? Twice OAT promised to overnight this form but didn't do so! Now they tell me I can get it in Vic Falls but I don't trust any info OAT tells me! Rather than having problems with Zimbabwe customs, I'm thinking about canceling my dream vacation! Any info anyone has will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the reassurance - I would hate to cancel my trip over a form but I think the Zimbabwe govt is a little scary!

Glynda,
we went to zimbabwe in january and didnt fill out the forms til we got there. we had no problems. the people in zimbabwe are very friendly. we passed a group from OAT in Hwange and our guide had only good things to say about their operations so relax and enjoy. glad to hear you are visiting zim.

Just adding my bon voyage! I am very interested to hear about your tour with OAT. Even if you're too tired to post a long report rigth away, please drop a line and let us know your general impressions!

Have a great time!

Glynda,
Hope you have a great trip. Would be very interested in hearing of your OAT experience. We are seriously considering the same trip with OAT. Are you taking the pre or post extension?
Thanks

It is my intention to post a full travel report; however, I'm not a reliable journalist - after about 4 days I can't seem to remember to make my notes. So, I'm taking a tiny digital recorder and I'm going to record my thoughts and experiences as they happen! I hope to record the lions roaring and the elephants trumpeting, etc. at night also, but the kid at Radio Shack didn't think my little recorder would be able to pick up those night sounds. I'm going to try though - who knows, maybe those animals are really loud!
