Go Ahead Vactions Safari Tour
I highly recommend Go Ahead Vacations African Safari tour. It was a WONDERFUL experience through Kenya and Tanzania, and one of the best values for the higher end accommodations I was able to find. We stayed at 3 and 4 star hotels and the guides were extremely knowledgeable and personable. It was an incredible experience and I would do it with them again in a heartbeat!

The ground handlers they used were Vintage Africa in Kenya and Grumeti (same company) in Tanzania. I have never done a trip report (what do you include) and have pictures but am a bit technologically challenged...how do you post them?
Vintage/Grumeti is EXTREMELEY customer service oriented. I was so pleased with them and I believe their guides have to have a minimum of 7 years or so experience. The only complaint I have is the roads in Kenya driving to the Mara but then again, it is an adventure and it was all part of the fun.

hello 2brown, read some of the trip reports here to get ideas. we all like to hear of the camps/lodges you stayed at, (good or bad), guides, camp staff, vehicles used, how responsive was the agency you used, hitches/glitches, transfer times between camps, food, animals seen, highs/lows etc. once you start writing, it will bring back all the great memories you have. as far as posting pics, many people download them to kodakgallery.com and share the link with us here. for some excellent reports search on these names for ideas: martync, cynstalker, leely. Thanks!

Take a look at the East Africa trip report index for examples of reports and albums others have posted, but really you can include as little or as much as you want. It's your report!
Many here like to use www.kodakgallery.com for photos. It's fairly easy to use and for the most part self explanatory but if you have trouble at any stage, just ask and I'm sure someone here will help you along.
Just register and upload your photos if they're digital. If you have prints, then you need to scan them which can get a bit tedious. After you've uploaded them, you can rearrange the order, add captions (captions are very helpful to viewers), etc.
The final step after you're done with the above is to go to Share Photos, select the album(s) you want to share and send it to your own email address. You can uncheck the box that says "Require friends to sign in to view and save your photos" and that way those that aren't registered on Kodak Gallery don't have to sign up for an account to view your pics (or leave it checked if you prefer it that way, then you can see who has viewed your album under Guestbook).
When you receive the email, look toward the bottom and you'll see a link that looks something like this http://www.kodakgallery.com/I.jsp?c=...&y=-dle0fg (this one goes to one of my albums). Copy and paste the link from your email here and others will be able to view your album.
Hope this helps. Look forward to seeing your pics!
