We just stayed at the Sheraton Moriah and the rooms were nice. They looked like a standard US Sheraton / Marriott. We got a fantastic price - Less than $100 US per night. We loved the location and the view. We would stay there again.
The only draw back was the front desk staff. Very sparce. The Israeli breakfast was also very good.
