I have attempted to contact Sarova using their general e-mail address but I haven't received a reply back. Does anyone have any other e-mail address for them??

I would try again, saying you already sent one email but didn't receive a reply yet. Seems to work for me - not with Sarova specifically, but with Kenyan firms in general.

i have just phoned the lodge myself and can now provide accurate numbers. they are: 254-51-850 235 for the lodge itself. but if you went through a tour operator in nairobi, that number is 254 202 71 44 44.

i figure if it is urgent, and you are spending thousands on the trip, what's an extra $5 to resolve your issues immediately?

Kimburu - I really need to contact them quickly and really don't want to waste time e-mailing an address they don't answer much (this happened to me with Serena - 3 e-mails and NO reply!). I'm adding this (Nakuru) on VERY late - we will be in Nakuru on July 23rd so I need to know they have availability.

I actually tried to find a phone number for Sarova last night but the website was down (don't know if it still is). Thank you SO much for the direct line. I'm going to phone them right away.
