On this chart, they list the private reserves in south africa as good in January, and Krueger as poor. Why is that?

That is a good question, generally it is the rainy season in the North East of South Africa at this time of year (even though it is our summer).
As most of the private game reserves are in or around the North East I do not see this adding up. Perhaps they are referring to the higher density of game in the private reserves. Do not forget you pay an awful lot more money for such places!

what exactly is the difference between excellent and good on that chart? I have been poring over it and stressing, since we may switch our trip around from an excellent time frame to one that is only good. I'm hoping that as a first timer to Bots, and in decent camps, good will still be great for us. Does that sound about tight?
