Just swapped emails with Nils, and he is just ready for a change and not go home to rest up to return to the long hours and life of Mala Mala. Sounds okay with his decision and is on good terms with everyone. I would hope everyone gives him credit for the hard work he has done for over twenty years.

Yes Lynn, I know - I am sure they waited until I left at 5am, and then entered MM! Still have not seen that group of 4! One day I will catch them unawares!

Yes that is totally understandable with Nils, and yes, he seemed fine with his decision.
Andy must have worked non-stop with gamedrives, workshops and keeping up that detailed blog site!
