Congratulations to you and your wife Andy! Maybe someday PB's little Leo and your William will open a safari business.

Thank you so much for the well wishes!

here is a quick image:

We are calling him Will. William is a family name, but all Williams to date have been called Bill. Leave it to us to mix it up a bit!

Here is some irony for you: I am looking forward to my Namibia / Botswana safari in September, just so I can get some sleep. Total irony, because I pride myself on being out extremely early, and I rarely come home rested from a safari. But everything is relative.

Congratulations! Cute picture. Of course it would be professional quality.

Your Mala Mala travel buddy made the announcement to me last week in Alaska.

Congratulations!

Is Darden a historical / family name? I've not come across it before.

Congratulations Andy!! Love the name Will.

Maybe the Tundra Buggy w/ear plugs will be your place to catch up on your sleep.
Let us know if you get two cancellations!

Atravelynn-

Looks like you have been infected with Al!! Oh no!!!!

How on earth did you get hooked up with Al? He is a great friend, and full of, well, more energy than I can imagine. We have good times when we travel together. He makes me laugh when I need to laugh but don't want to.

Kavey, Darden is a family name. It was my grandfather's middle name, but he used it as his daily name.

Andy,

In the words of Al: "Dude, I am actually telling you the honest to God truth." He had a photo tour on the bear viewing boat I was on. He made his group members "defend this picture with your life."

We heard about the alligator photos, the shark diving, the CIA recruitment, the porn star, the eagles in Homer, and how he got the name Al. Whenever a number was mentioned by anyone, Al would determine whether it was prime or not. Most of the tales were told while he was lounging on board in his blue pajamas. "Dude, I love my jammies."

Hope your little guy is a good sleeper!

That is hyseterical, Atravelynn. Hysterical. Al can test your limits at times, too! Even though he has been on some of my trips, I always choose to have him in a tent on the other side of camp, as I value my sleep!
