Please pass on. I took a group east Africa (Kenya and Tanzania )safari tour followed by a private tour to Rwanda with Abercrombie and Kent and do not recommend that we use them. The communication from the us agent to the local offices and between the local offices and the US was very poor. I spent much of my trip dealing with different people trying to insure trip was as booked I also was poorly treated by the local tour director in Kenya

I am a regular traveler and a travel agent. This was very disappointing. I certainly paid a lot more on this trip believing that I was dealing with a well established company that had good customer service and follow through.
