Trip to Bora Bora Australia in January

Hello,
I am planning a two week trip to Bora Bora in late January to celebrate my birthday.

Can anyone share their experience with traveling to Bora Bora?
What is the weather like around this time?
Are there any must see attractions? Fun activities to do?
Best places to eat?

My husband has been - it's very expensive! However it looks so gorgeous there it's probably worth it.

Ya, I have done a little research, and everything seemed very expensive. I'm hoping it will be worth the money, it looks beautiful.

Someone posted his Tahiti wedding video on the forum - have a look at that.
10 days in the one place maybe too long? Not sure if you would get bored of paradise but some people like to split their time between different islands and resorts. What about a cruise around the islands? Expensive as well but a good way to see all the islands.
