Looking for Hotel/Flat Recommendations in Florence, Venice and Italy

We are family of 4 (3 adults and 1 child) who will be visiting Venice, Florence and Rome in December. Do you have any recommendations for a hotel that could accommodate all of us. I realize that we may require booking 2 rooms; therefore, apartments may be a better option. Thanks.

You can find family rooms that will accomodate 4 - but will need to make sure of the bed configuration you need.

What is your budget?

Hotel Casci in Florence and Hotel Miami in Rome. Our family of 4 stayed in both of these and the rooms were spacious and worked well for us. In both hotels we had a double (or queen, can't remember) and then 2 twin beds.

Here is an apartment that we stayed at in Florence in 2011 and would recommend:

A four-bed rooms could better fits to your case, let's check Hotel Colomba http://www.hotelcolomba.com/rooms-in...four-bed-rooms is very close to the Cathedral central square.

Quad room is not a trouble in Florence even city centre and hotel can be more comfortable since you will be wandering all day and not feeling like cooking by yourself I guess. Try Hotel Casci http://www.hotelcasci.com/en/rooms.html

Five of us fitted into one hotel room in Venice in December - 2 adults and 3 late-teen kids.

Hotel Scoti - just next to Rialto Bridge:

I meant Hotel Marconi - as per link.

Hotel Scoti is in Florence - we had two separate rooms there - 2 + 3
