Where can I go to eat healthy meals in Las Vegas?

We have been to Vegas many times and usually we have thrown diet care to the wind, but this time I need to try to come back a little lighter, not a lot heavier than when I left. So...does anyone have any recommendations for places where we can get healthy dinners in Vegas? Our room will have a kitchenette so we will have breakfast in our room, and we will have light lunches out, but I want to avoid the buffets, pasta and pizza for dinner. Although we are staying on The Strip we do not have to eat there. I am looking for meals in the $40 to $80 range for the two of us, not including wine. Thanks for any suggestions.

Mon Ami Gabi has some nice salads, soups, fish, sides. We also enjoyed Olives at The Bellagio.

Buffets don't HAVE to be bad for the waistline. Stick to reasonable portions of things; eat protein without sauces, eat a lot of salad, eat veggies, and a bit of fruit for dessert. And stay away from the bad stuff - carbs like pasta, bread, rice, and don't even look at the dessert area. A little will power will make the buffet work for you.

BTW, I second Milos!

Oooh Milos looks great. Thanks for the tip. DebitNM, I wish I had the restraint to go to a buffet and be good, but it's tough. I'm better off just staying away altogether. Plus, the really good buffets are expensive, and we can probably get a good meal for the same price without having to face the temptation. That's why I'm looking for alternatives.
