King Ludwig's Castles & Berchtesgaden

Here are a couple more updates on our blog. We're staying near the Weiskirche about 25 minutes from Neuschwanstein. It's raining today so we're taking a little vacation from our vacation. Happy travels everyone!

Thanks for posting. I'd love to hear more about what you thought of the BMW factory pickup. My husband and I are planning on doing the European Delivery program, too, when we're ready to trade our Mercedes for another one or for a BMW.

Great blog! Wish you could have time to write more - but quite understandable.

Thanks so much for sharing - love your photos!

Thanks for the feedback. The kids have been driving us a bit crazy. Travelling 24/7 with them is a real challenge sometimes. I'm not complaining though!

Glovetrotterxyz - The BMW Welt was out of this world! The people were really nice and the lounge was fantastic. Go hungry! I think you can even check-in the day before your delivery date and enjoy some time in the lounge. We will do that next time. You also get a card that is good for $10 in the gift shop and $15 at the cafe/restaurants. We bought bottled drinks to go because we'd eaten in the lounge. We are doing a three year lease which was a great deal - as much as a BMW can be a good deal I guess. We're already hoping to have another delivery in 3 years. Any other questions?

I hope to make time this evening to do another post on the blog from the Dordogne.

Thanks again!
