This Puerto Varas institution serves the best fish in Chile, according to its legion of fans. The specialties of the house also include a variety of other seafood plates, seafood empanadas and several Chilean-style beef dishes. In 2009, they moved into larger digs just past Puerto Chico at the beginning of the Camino Ensenada. Still, it's almost always full during peak hours, so reserve a table ahead of time.
